What is Kotetsu?
Kotetsu is our shop's first brand, created through the continuous pursuit of functional beauty in all aspects, including materials, shape, and ease of use. Aiming to create a knife that cuts as desired, "Koutetsu" was born as a result of thorough elimination of waste.

This is a sheath from our original brand "Koutetsu" series.
The wood is coated with urethane paint.
The black sheath has a calming feel, making it safe to carry around, even to cooking classes.
We do not recommend using it to store the knife after use, as moisture remaining on the knife may cause it to rust.
