| Delivery Time |
Unless otherwise specified, in-stock items will be shipped within one week. If your desired item is out of stock, please register via the “Restock Notification” button on the product page and wait for it to become available. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays. Please note that shipping arrangements may be made after these holidays, and delivery on your preferred date may not be possible. For example, if you place an order on Friday, your order may be shipped on Monday after the weekend. |
| Multiple Orders and Shipping Fees |
If the same customer places multiple orders to the same delivery address, the items may be shipped together in a single package. However, each order is processed separately in our system, and shipping fees will be charged for each individual order. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds or adjustments to shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.
