Product outline
About the Bunka Knife
Like the Santoku knife, the Bunka knife is easy to use for meat, fish, vegetables, and more, serving as a versatile all-purpose knife.
What is Aogami (Blue Paper Steel)?
It is a type of Yasuki steel, a Japanese steel made by adding chromium and tungsten to Shirogami (White Paper Steel). It has high hardness and toughness, allowing it to maintain its sharpness. Because it cuts sharply, it creates a very smooth cut surface and is a very popular high-grade steel.
What is Colored Damascus?
It is a steel material made by layering brass and copper on the blade. Its beautiful appearance makes it a popular material for gifts.
