Product outline
About the Petty Knife
Also known as a paring knife, it is ideal for cutting fruits and vegetables, as well as for mincing and decorative cuts. It is a very handy knife, also great for trimming sinews from meat and filleting small fish.
What is Aogami Steel?
A type of Yasugi steel, it is a Japanese steel made by adding chromium and tungsten to Shirogami steel. It has high hardness and toughness, so its sharpness lasts a long time. It is a highly popular premium steel because it cuts sharply, resulting in a very smooth cut surface.
What is Colored Damascus?
It is a steel material with layers of brass and copper laminated onto the blade, and its beautiful appearance makes it a popular material for gifts.
