The forging is done by Takumi Ikeda, the fifth generation of Echizen blacksmith Yasuda Hamono, and the polishing and sharpening are done by our company.

About Sujihiki Knives

This is one of the Yasugi steels produced by Hitachi Metals. The steels generally used for blades are blue paper steel and white paper steel, but blue paper super steel is the most expensive and is said to be the pinnacle of steel.
