About Bunka Knives
Like a Santoku knife, a Bunka knife is easy to use for cutting meat, fish, vegetables, and anything else, making it a versatile knife.
What is white steel?
This high-quality steel is made from iron sand and contains a high amount of carbon and has sub-zero synthetic components. By being forged by hand, the steel becomes harder, more resistant to bending, and has an exceptionally sharp cutting edge.
