About Gyuto Knives
This gyuto knife is excellent for cutting meat, peeling, cutting fruit, chopping vegetables, and other cooking tasks. It can also be used as a multi-purpose knife. Choose the length that best suits your needs.
What is Aogami Super Steel?
This is one of the Yasugi steels produced by Hitachi Metals. The steels generally used for blades are blue paper steel and white paper steel, but blue paper super steel is the most expensive of these and is said to be the pinnacle of steel.
In addition to its toughness and hardness, it is also highly wear-resistant, making it a popular steel material with hardness comparable to that of high-speed stainless steel.
What is Ironwood?
It is a durable wood that has hardened and fossilized in the desert, and its beautiful grain makes it popular for arts and crafts. Its beautiful appearance makes it a popular gift!
The curve of the handle end fits securely into your little finger for stability. It is designed to be easy to grip and use.
