He currently produces a wide range of knives, from kitchen knives for the average household to custom knives, making knives using his outstanding skills and creativity. Yamamoto has beautiful finishes and forging techniques, and although he produces small quantities of knives, each one is made with careful craftsmanship, making him a craftsman who continues to protect the old traditions of Takefu.

This is a vegetable knife that is suitable for cutting vegetables. The blade is rectangular, so you can cut vegetables with less residue.
What is Aogami Super Steel?
It is one of the Yasugi steels produced by Hitachi Metals. The steels generally used for knives are blue paper steel and white paper steel, but the most expensive of these, blue paper super steel, is known as the pinnacle of steel.
It has excellent toughness, hardness, and abrasion resistance. It is a popular steel material with hardness comparable to that of high-speed stainless steel.
