Product outline
About Santoku Knives
Santoku knives are also called "all-purpose knives" because they have the characteristics of both a vegetable knife and a chef's knife, and are suitable for cutting a wide range of ingredients, including not only vegetables and fruits, but also meat and fish. Having one Santoku knife is very convenient.
What is VG1 steel?
This steel is made from Takefu Special Steel and has excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. Although it is an easy-to-sharpen steel, by forging it by hand, the craftsmen's hands increase its hardness, making it resistant to bending and providing excellent cutting sharpness.
