About Sujihiki Knives

The sujihiki knife is a convenient knife that is suitable for not only removing the sinews from meat but also slicing (thinly slicing). Because it is long, you can cut through it in one stroke.

What is VG10W steel?

It stands for virgin steel, and is a steel material made by forging solid wood and adding tungsten to VG10 steel, a high-quality stainless steel material that is hard, tough, and rust-resistant.
It is rust-resistant and hygienic, so you can use it with confidence.
It has improved durability and hardness compared to VG10 steel.
