About sensible kitchen knives
Like the Santoku knife, the Bunka knife is easy to use for anything, including meat, fish, and vegetables, and can be used as an all-purpose knife.
What is VG10W steel?
VG10 steel, meaning virgin steel, is a high-grade stainless steel that is hard, tough, and rust-resistant, forged from solid material, and to which tungsten has been added.
It is rust-resistant and hygienic, so you can use it with peace of mind.
It offers improved durability and hardness compared to VG10 steel.
