About Sujihiki Knives
The sujihiki knife is a convenient knife that is suitable for not only removing the sinews from meat but also slicing (thinly slicing). Because it is long, you can cut through it in one stroke.
What is SG2 powder high-speed steel?
This is the highest quality stainless steel material. The powder is sprayed onto the material, creating a uniform structure that ensures sharp cutting and long-lasting sharpness. It is also rust-resistant and hygienic, so you can use it with confidence.
